Pork loin and mashed potatoes

- pork loin600 g
- Potatoes6 unit(s)
- Rosemary1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- White wine200 ml
- Blonde1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
- Bacon1 unit(s)
- Place the loin in a container add the wine, lemon, salt and pepper, bay leaf and sweet paparica. Let marinate 24 hours in the fridge.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the loin, arrange with the bacon slices on top and cover with aluminum foil.
- Leave for 40 minutes on medium heat. Then remove the aluminum foil from above and leave for another 20 minutes.
- If the bacon is not toasted, you can finish it in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, very hot for 5 minutes.
- Cook the potatoes until soft. Remove from the pan, arrange on a board, and with a cloth around your hand, punch each one.
- In a skillet melt 2 col of butter, place the potatoes and rosemary. Turn when they are golden
- Serve the sliced loin with the potatoes and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
