- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Rosemary, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the loins with salt and pepper.
- Fry the ribs in the oil until golden brown.
- Reserve.
- SAUCE: Bring the orange juice, ketchup and rosemary to a boil.
- Let it boil until you get a broth.
- Place the loins in a refractory and pour the sauce on top.
- Serve immediately with white rice and salad.
