- Pork loin1 kg
- Grated nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt, black pepper, rosemary, coriander to taste.1 to taste
- Season the loin with salt, pepper, nutmeg, rosemary, coriander, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 dry white wine.
- Let it taste overnight.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat, place the loin and fry until golden on all sides.
- Add the milk 1/2 cup of white wine and the chopped parsley.
- Let it boil, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes after the pressure starts.
- Release the pressure and open the pot.
- Carefully remove the meat and transfer to a platter.
- In the sauce that is left in the pan, add the milk cream box, mix well and wait for it to boil.
- Drizzle the loin with this sauce.
