- Seasoned pork picanha cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Chopped medium onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Diced Sweet Potato700 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Fine herbs1 teaspoon
- Saute onion and garlic in oil.
- Add meat and stuff for 3 to 5 minutes
- Close the pot and put it on the pressure function for 20 minutes.
- Open and add paprika, fine herbs, salt and cubed sweet potato. Stir and put another 10 min under pressure. Observe the point of the potato so that it is soft. Juice of an orange can be added, or a little more spices to your liking.
