- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Onion cut into small cubes1/2 g
- Sugar1/2 tablespoon
- Fresh chopped ginger1 coffee spoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Chopped chives4 tablespoon
- 1-In a preheated pan, put a thread of oil, add the garlic, onion and ginger and let it brown for 1 minute. 2-Add the pork ribs in small pieces. 3-Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
