- Pork Chop1 kg
- Shoyu1 cup
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Lemon juice1 cup
- Green Smell to taste
- In a refractory add all the ingredients (except the green smell). Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- After marinating, bake on low heat with aluminum foil. In the last 15 minutes, remove the paper and let it brown.
- After roasting, transfer to a serving platter and place chopped green parsley on top.
