- Pork rib1 kg
- Cachaça (old barreiro)1 cup
- Parrilla salt to taste
- Rice1 cup
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Kale Leaf to taste
- Place the pork ribs in a roasting pan, then sprinkle the ribs with the cachaça and finally with the salt. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
- After the rib is in the oven for 1 hour, remove the aluminum foil. If it's a good color, you can turn off the oven and keep the pan in the oven. If you want a more color, let it bake another 15 minutes without the aluminum foil.
- I suggest the rice with cabbage as a side dish.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic as usual for the rice.
- When the garlic is to your liking, add the kale and sauté a little.
- Add the washed rice and the amount of water needed for cooking.
- Serve the pork rib with the rice.
