- Pork ribs1 kg
- Minced Garlic3 unit(s)
- Sazon, black pepper and salt1 to taste
- Sliced onions3 unit(s)
- Water150 ml
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- I seasoned the ribs with salt, black pepper and 1 sazon envelope. I put 1 squeezed lemon and kept it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker add a layer of onion to cover the bottom, put the ribs and add more onions on top.
- I put the 150 ml of hot water and put it on pressure for about 30 minutes. I turned it off and let the pressure come out naturally and then I opened it still had water. I turned on the fire and let it dry until it was fried. and serve
