- Black beer1 can(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Sauerkraut4 tablespoon
- Cut the ribs into pieces and fry until golden and reserve the fat
- Put it in a pan, add the beer and put it on high heat.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes
- Add the sauerkraut, sugar and salt, cover and again cook for more than 1 hour until the ribs are tender.
