- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Crushed garlic1 to taste
- Chopped Onion1 to taste
- Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon
- Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Parsley and chives1 to taste
- Sliced Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Water3 cup
- Put the butter or margarine in the pressure cooker.
- Add the onion and garlic and fry until golden, lining the bottom of the pan.
- After that, add the meat and stir until golden.
- That done, put cumin and lemon and salt
- Stir well and add 3 cups of water and pressurize.
- When 5 minutes after the pressure, turn off the pan and let the ribs arrive without pressure, keep stirring until it gets dry and serve.
- Potatoes in slices, can be fried and then put on the platter to decorate
