Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce

- Pork Chop1 kg
- BBQ Sauce1 to taste
- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Vinegar1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Dried Rosemary1 tablespoon
- paprika1 tablespoon
- Dehydrated Parsley1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- For the marinade, mix all the seasonings and set aside.
- Take the cutlet, make holes with the tip of the knife, place it inside a bag and pour the marinade that was reserved, mix well so the seasoning involves all the meat.
- Place in the fridge and leave to marinate overnight.
- Place the ribs in a roasting pan and reserve the marinade.
- Chop the potatoes, mix with the reserved marinade, place in the roasting pan along with the ribs.
- Cover with aluminum foil, bake in a preheated oven at 225° for approximately 1h30min.
- Remove foil, discard excess liquid from baking sheet.
- Coat the ribs with the barbecue, return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add more barbecue when serving.
- Serve with white rice and salad.
