- Butter200 g
- Milk150 ml
- Pork seasoning to taste
- Season the ribs 1 day in advance. Don't forget to remove the fiber.
- Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place in a roasting pan for 3 hours at 180°.
- With 10 minutes left for the meat to be ready, put the potatoes to cook and the butter in the freezer, in cubes.
- The point of the potato is to wait for the fork and it will come loose, then mash the potatoes.
- Add the milk and butter to the puree, stir with a fouet.
- Open the aluminum foil and place in the oven to brown.
- serve.
