- Recipe
- Pork ribs1 kg
- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pan, brown the ribs on one side and then the other (about 3 minutes per side), after browning, add the mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic, saute briefly, in low heat together, not to bitter.
- Adjust the salt, cover the meat with water 1 finger above it (now you can put it under pressure for about 35 minutes on low heat or let it cook slowly, with the pan covered, for about 1h40m, replenishing the water from time to time ).
- When opening the pan, check the amount of water, if it is too much, let it cook with the pan open, so the water will dry which will generate a delicious golden sauce to water the ribs when serving.
