- Pork ribs1/2 kg
- Strained Pineapple Juice1 cup
- Can of pineapple without chopped broth1 can(s)
- Dehydrated Garlic1 teaspoon
- Dried Onion1 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 tablespoon
- Dried chives1 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Chili pepper, seedless, chopped1 unit(s)
- Cut the rib into two parts, place on a baking sheet, season with pineapple juice, garlic, onion, paprika, chives, water, salt and pepper.
- Take the fridge covered with aluminum foil for at least 1 hours put it in the oven with the chopped pineapple on top at 200° covered with aluminum foil for 2 hours remove the aluminum foil let it brown and serve hot.
