- Meat seasoning sachet1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 to taste
- Water150 ml
- Pierce the piece of ham with the tip of the knife so that the seasoning penetrates.
- Place the ham in a bowl, add the lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, meat seasoning and oregano.
- Add oil to the pan, place the seasoned ham piece inside and fry until golden.
- Add the sliced onion, preferably under the meat, add the water and close the pressure cooker.
- As soon as you start to give pressure count 20 minutes and turn off.
