- 1 Pork shank4 kg
- Beef bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice3 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- The day before roasting, with a pointed knife make small holes in the shank.
- Dissolve the 2 cubes of beef broth in 2 glasses of warm water. Reserve
- Peel the garlic and beat it in the garlic beater with salt, add (inside the garlic beater itself), the juice of the 3 lemons, black pepper and join with the meat broth, stir well.
- In a bowl, place the shank and add all the prepared seasoning, add the chopped onion and the chopped green smell.
- With your finger put the garlic and onion with the broth inside the holes. Reserve.
- When baking, wrap the ham in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2 hours in the oven at high temperature, then remove the foil and let it brown.
- You can bake it on the hottie too, it's delicious!
