- Green Smell to taste
- Season the pork shoulder with garlic, salt and black pepper to taste, lemon juice and the barbecue. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden. Finish with green smell to taste.
