  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • BBQ1/2 cup
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Season the pork shoulder with garlic, salt and black pepper to taste, lemon juice and the barbecue. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden. Finish with green smell to taste.
