1kg of pork steak, 100ml of honey,100ml of yellow mustard, rosemary to taste, 1 tablespoon of butter, pepper, oil and smoked paprika1 kg

Season the meat with lemon, smoked paprika, pepper, salt and oil. Leave it to marinate.
Then put it in the oven covered with foil and let it bake, when it's baked remove the paper to sugar. M
Sauce: Melt the butter and add the mustard, honey and rosemary, stir well and it's ready.
Slice the meat and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with a delicious potato and leek salad.
