- Recipe
- 1kg of pork steak, 100ml of honey,100ml of yellow mustard, rosemary to taste, 1 tablespoon of butter, pepper, oil and smoked paprika1 kg
- Season the meat with lemon, smoked paprika, pepper, salt and oil. Leave it to marinate.
- Then put it in the oven covered with foil and let it bake, when it's baked remove the paper to sugar. M
- Sauce: Melt the butter and add the mustard, honey and rosemary, stir well and it's ready.
- Slice the meat and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with a delicious potato and leek salad.
