- Pork Filet Mignon500 g
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Large white onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato1 cup
- Sliced paris mushroom1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Sour cream200 ml
- Yellow Mustard4 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Flaxseed1 dessert spoon
- Black Sesame1 dessert spoon
- Cut the meat into cubes or strips. I used the fillet, but you can use shank or tenderloin too. In a hot, dry frying pan, pass the minced meat until it begins to form a crust on both sides.
- Put the minced garlic and onion over the meat. Then put the tomato cut in half and the mushroom chopped into strips.
- Wait for the mushroom to wilt and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream. Season with nutmeg and mustard and mix well.
- Served topped with finely chopped arugula. Parsley and chives are good too. I also covered with brown flax seed and black sesame.
