- Pork loin500 kg
- Orange juice1 unit(s)
- Garlic (crushed)3 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Bahia seasoning1 coffee spoon
- Sweet smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Sliced onion (half moon)1 unit(s)
- Half a sliced red pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- BBQ1 tablespoon
- Cut the loin into strips put all the seasonings
- Orange juice, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, sweet paprika, Bahian seasoning
- Mix well all over the meat and leave for like 15 minutes to get flavor... (or leave more time)
- Heat a non-stick skillet and place the meat to fry. (always stir)
- Let the liquid that releases dry, put the oil and fry (until it starts to brown approximately 10 minutes
- After this time, add the onion, pepper and barbecue mix well.
- Leave for another 3 minutes until the onion and peppers are soft.
