- Pork Filet Mignon500 g
- Shoyu1/2 cup
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Clean the filet mignon and cut into medallions of approximately 3 fingers
- Season the medallions with salt and black pepper to taste and the 2 cloves of crushed garlic.
- In a frying pan, add the butter and seal the medallions on both sides, add the onions cut into slices, let them brown, then add the soy sauce and honey, let it reduce.
- Serve with side dish preferably
