- Beef Steak, Minced in Smaller Sizes2 unit(s)
- Chicken Steak, chopped into smaller pieces2 unit(s)
- Onion Sliced3 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Lemon juice3 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves to taste
- Season the beef and chicken steaks in separate bowls with garlic, salt and lemon juice and set aside
- In a pan add the oil and put the beef steaks and let it sauté.
- In another pan, put the oil the chicken steak and let it sauté.
- When the water in the steaks dry up and start to fry, let them brown on both sides and that's it.
- Line the bottom of small serving dishes with lettuce leaves.
- And on each platter put a steak
- Finally in a pan (use one of the ones you made the steak) put a little oil and add the onion wick a little and leave it until it sets golden, add the onion over each steak and it's ready to serve
