- Season the carré with salt, garlic, lemon, pepper and cumin.
- In a large pan heat the eye and put the onion, sauté well.
- Add the carré and let it cook, dripping water whenever it dries. For at least 30 minutes.
- After that time, do not add more water and just let the carré brown.
