- Season the meat with salt and pepper, set aside and marinate for about 10 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, add the onion and garlic and let it brown well, add the meat, seal the meat on all sides, cover with water and add the knor, salt, pepper, the bay leaf and leave it there for 25 minutes on medium heat.
- Open it and see if the meat is falling apart, if so it's ready.
