- Salt to taste
- Chives to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Water600 ml

- Chop all the ingredients and cut the meat into cubes. In the pressure cooker we will add 4 tablespoons of oil once the oil is heated put the onion stir well and let it brown.
- Then add the garlic, mix well and let it fry for 1 minute, then also add the tomato and pepper and let it cook for another minute.
- Then we will add the meat to the pan, stir well and let it fry, always stirring. Then we will add the seasonings add the cumin, paprika, salt, coriander and parsley then mix everything.
- Then put 600 ml of water, mix well, and leave it on the fire in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the pressure and add the potatoes and let it cook for another 5 minutes without pressure. And our recipe is ready.
