- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Hot water500 ml
- Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
- Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped small carrot1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 to taste
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion and garlic and saute well. Add the meat and sauté for another 5 minutes, stir well.
- After sautéing for 5 minutes, add the tomato, pepper, carrot and tomato paste and finally add the water and oregano.
- Let it cook for 30 minutes, counting on the beginning of the boil, once the meat is cooked, remove from the heat and mix the parsley and serve.
