- Water5 cup
- Green Smell to taste
- Fry the garlic in the oil until golden, then add a little of the onion.
- Place the meat, peppers on top and the rest of the onion, the kinnor broth and reserve only the red onion
- Add the water and let it boil until the meat is tender.
- After the meat is tender, add the red onion on top and the green smell to taste.
