- grated onion2 tablespoon
- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- Colorau1 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half5 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the onion, leave it until it is very brown.
- Put the meat cut into medium cubes and let it brown for 15 minutes
- Add the two units of beef stock and the paprika to taste
- Add the water until it covers the meat.
- Put the pressure on for 25 minutes
- Remove from the heat, release the pressure and add the potatoes and the parsley
- Put on pressure for another 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts beeping and turn off the heat.
