- Minced Meat800 g
- Chopped Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic and onion to taste
- Hot water to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Seasoning for meat to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Chop the meat into cubes, it can be hard or thick, set aside;
- Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut, wash and reserve;
- In a pressure cooker put the olive oil, chopped garlic and onion, let it fry until golden;
- Soon after, add the minced meat and seasonings to your liking, after adding the chopped potatoes and carrots;
- Let the meat braise well. Done that put the water and take the pressure for approximately 40 min;
- After the pressure cooking time, open the pan and give the meat another fry until the water dries up. Then add the chopped parsley and it's ready to serve.
