- Tomato sauce320 g
- In a pressure cooker, place the oil and the muscle already seasoned with salt and pepper.
- After browning well, add the garlic and onion. Letting them fade.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except the green smell).
- Cover with water up to two fingers above the meat.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for approximately 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle the green smell to finish.
