  • Diced Muscle1 kg
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Chopped onion (1 and 1/2)1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (cloves, minced)5 unit(s)
  • Red bell pepper (1/2) chopped1 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  • Tomato sauce320 g
  1. In a pressure cooker, place the oil and the muscle already seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. After browning well, add the garlic and onion. Letting them fade.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the green smell).
  4. Cover with water up to two fingers above the meat.
  5. Cover the pan and let it cook for approximately 40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the green smell to finish.
