- I started by mincing the meat I used hard drumhead. Cut into cubes and set aside. I also peeled the potato and carrots. Cut, washed and set aside.
- Now pressure put the chopped garlic and onion. Add the oil and let it fry until the onion is golden brown.
- Then I added the minced meat and seasonings. Black pepper and salt. Then I added the chopped potatoes and carrots.
- I mixed it well and let the meat sauté well. Then I put the water and took the pressure with 40 minutes.
- As time passes, release the pressure. Now open the pan and add the chopped parsley, mix and then just serve
