- Recipe
- Corned beef (boneless and fat free)1 kg
- Olive oil to taste
- Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
- Soy Sauce2 tablespoon
- Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Potato6 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- In a pressure cooker, add oil and fry the meat.
- Add the garlic and let the meat brown
- Add soy sauce
- Add allspice powder
- Add water to cover the meat
- Put the carrot cut into small pieces
- Cover the pan and after getting pressure, leave it for 15 minutes.
- After the pressure is released, add the potatoes cut in half.
- Cover the pan again and after getting pressure, let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with a sprinkling of chives on top :)
