- Season the meat with the homemade seasoning (the recipe is on my profile), the base of the seasoning and garlic, onion, oil, coarse salt and parsley, I grind everything) back seasoning the meat with the homemade seasoning. Sauté until golden, add the other ingredients and 1/2 cup of water and put under pressure for 20 minutes, less or more, ready your pot meat
