- Onion2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cornstarch 1 and a half tablespoons1/2 tablespoon
- Fry the meat well until the water dries up.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Add the finely chopped garlic and onion
- Fry well and add water until covered.
- Leave in the pressure cooker until soft.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add it to the meat, it becomes a creamy and very tasty sauce, it looks like wood sauce
- Finish with green smell
