- Dry meat400 g

- Buffalo Butter4 tablespoon
- Qualho cheese3 unit(s)
- Milk or oatmeal1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese.200 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Soak the meat in cold water for 12 hours. Changing the water a few times
- Pressure cook the meat for about 20 minutes after the whistle. Let it cool and shred it.
- Peel and chop the potatoes and cook in water until aldente.
- Mash the potato with 2 full tablespoons of butter, milk to taste until it reaches the desired consistency. I used about 1/2 cup and salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large skillet, brown the finely chopped qualho cheese, add the chopped garlic and onion. When the onion sweats well, add the meat and mix.
- Line a pan with olive oil and place 1/3 of the mashed potatoes, place the mixed meat and cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Cover everything with the grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes over a medium heat of 250 celcious or until the cheese is golden brown.
