- Ground Beef400 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)

- Black Pepper, Salt, Oregano and Olive Oil to taste

- Mozzarella80 g
- Put the peeled potato to cook. When they are cooked, remove the water from the pan and mash the potatoes.
- Add the milk, butter and egg and wheat flour. Mix the dough well. And revert.
- In another pan, over medium heat, add a little olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onion to sauté. Put the ground meat to brown.
- Add salt, kingdom pepper and green smell and mix. Turn off the heat when the ground beef is completely browned.
- In a greased mold, place a layer of potato dough and the filling, then another layer of dough. Add some mozzarella cheese and oregano. Take to bake for 15 minutes.
