- Potato800 g
- Bacon200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cherry Tomato3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour100 g
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil, and place in the Air Fryer for 20 minutes. The time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes. I usually use 4 large potatoes.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and take it to a frying pan to fry.
- Peel the potatoes and pass them through a coarse grater (Multi-processor makes it much easier).
- Mix the grated potato with the bacon, wheat flour, salt to taste and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and make a bed with 1/4 of the grated potato.
- Place mozzarella in the central part and close with 1/4 of the potato.
- Leave on the fire until golden and turn aside.
- Serve on a plate, garnishing with cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley.
