- Pepperoni sausage200 g
- Chopped Chest Apple100 g
- Chopped inside tea150 g
- Bacon, diced100 g
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Thyme1 teaspoon
- White pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- paprika1 tablespoon
- Turmeric1/2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato, chopped in half moon1/2 unit(s)
- Filtered water420 ml
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Carrots, chopped1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In the pressure cooker, add the oil. Then add the garlic. Stir well until golden.
- After that, put the sausage, bacon, meats, onion and 1 teaspoon of salt. Saute until lightly golden.
- Add white pepper and black pepper. Mix again. Add the paprika and thyme. Mix some more.
- Add water, tomato and carrot. Close the pot and count 15 minutes from the start of pressure.
- After 15 minutes, take appropriate measures and care. Open the pot after the pressure has dissipated and add the rice, 1 teaspoon of salt and the turmeric. Close again and count 4 - 7 minutes after pressure starts.
- After that, turn off and let all the pressure out before opening the pot. Place on a plate or glass roast and serve while still hot. As an option, you can add parsley. Note: constantly check the salt and make the correction in the absence.
