- Dry meat500 mg
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, spices to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Open the pumpkin cover with a knife and remove all the seeds inside.
- Then pass salt and oil inside it, wrap it in aluminum foil and bake until you wait for a toothpick and it is soft.
- In a pan put the oil, onion and garlic to sauté
- Add the already desalted and shredded jerky, the chopped tomatoes and let it sauté a little longer.
- Add the seasonings to taste, salt, pepper, chimichurri, etc. and the tomato sauce and mix well.
- Finish with the cream cheese and turn off the heat.
- When the pumpkin is roasted, put this sauce that we prepared inside it and top it with mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven just to melt.
- After the melted cheese, put green smell on top and serve with white rice and potato straw.
