Pumpkin with jerked beef

Cozinhe a carne seca até dar o ponto de desfiar ou ficar macia para cortar em cubos.
Em uma panela refogue todos os ingredientes e junte a carne seca.
Refogue até a abóbora ficar macia.
Obs não coloque água para refogar senão a abóbora desmancha.


Cook the beef jerky until it shreds or is tender enough to cut into cubes.
In a pan, sauté all the ingredients and add the dried meat.
Saute until the pumpkin is soft.
Note do not put water to sauté otherwise the pumpkin will fall apart.
