Cooked Purple Cauliflower1 unit(s)
Seasoned and braised ground beef400 g
shredded mozzarella cheese2 cup
Chopped Onion1/3 cup
Minced garlic1 teaspoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste

In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Reserve.
In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the cauliflower cream to the pan and mix. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
In a refractory, add the ground beef, the grated cheese on top and finally the cauliflower cream.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 15 minutes.
