- In a pan, put a little oil to heat, after the oil is very hot add the garlic and onion to brown.
- After golden, add the jerky, sausage and beef to sauté.
- Sauté a lot and gradually add the dried shrimp and cilantro, always stirring. Do not add water, as the meat will loosen.
- After the meat is very tender, adjust the salt and add the okra and let it cook, if necessary add a little water and wait.
