- Chopped jerky350 g
- Small okra20 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Coriander1 to taste
- Spices1 to taste
- Take the jerky to desalt boiling with water.
- Change the water and cook in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
- Chop the okra and soak it with a few drops of vinegar.
- Take to the fire to refog the olive oil, onion and garlic.
- Add the beef jerky, seasonings of your choice, tomatoes, cilantro and drained okra.
- Add a little water and let it cook until the okra is soft.
