- Start by hydrating the wheat with 1 cup of water, let it rest for 30 min. After that time, drain the wheat, you can use a clean cloth and wring it out well, or press it in a sieve to remove excess water.

- In a refractory greased with olive oil, spread half the dough and put the stuffing of your choice, this tube of cottage cheese maintains a great texture, if there wasn't a guy who hates tomatoes here I would have put some slices because it looks amazing!
