Beef cut into small strips250 g
cream1 cup
ketchup2 tablespoon
Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste

In a pan, heat half the oil and brown the meat well, seasoning with salt, cumin and pepper.
Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Add the remaining oil to the pan and brown the onion and garlic.
Return the meat to the pan and mix.
Add ketchup, mustard and cream and mix well. Add salt and mix.
Let it cook for 5 minutes and adjust the salt. Cook for another 2 minutes and then serve.
