- Black beans500 g
- Paio sausage4 unit(s)
- Bacon, diced200 g
- Dry meat500 g
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Minced Garlic Clove5 unit(s)
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Water to taste
- Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
- Soak the beans overnight.
- Cut the jerky into medium cubes and desalt
- In a pressure cooker, brown the bacon, add the washed beans, the bay leaf, the sausages and the jerky. Cook for about 15 minutes after opening pressure.
- While the beans are cooking, in a frying pan with oil, brown the garlic and add the onion to sauté until wilted.
- When the beans are cooked, remove the pressure from the pan, remove the sausages to slice.
- Add the garlic and onion seasoning from the skillet, mix and bring to a boil.
- Return the sliced sausages to the pan, mix and adjust salt if necessary.
