- Pork Chops400 g
- Corn Quirerinha1 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green onion1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Hot water2 cup
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the ribs well, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the onion and sauté well. Add the garlic and sauté.
- Add the quirerinha, salt and 1 cup of water.
- Keep cooking stirring constantly and add the rest of the water little by little until it is cooked.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the green onion.
